Many things are new or improved, please read NJSTAR[123].DOC for details.
IMPORTANT NEW FEATURES IN VERSION 3.0
(1) Continuous sentence based Pinyin online input, very convenient.
(2) Fuzzy Pinyin input - tolerates Pinyin input errors.
(3) Input selection list is sorted by character frequency.
(4) Add/Edit/Delete the abbreviation of commonly used words interactively.
(5) HanZi Info provides all the info about Chinese character.
(6) Lookup a Chinese character through the Radical chart.
(7) On-line Chinese <-> English dictionary, two-way lookup.
(8) Reads Big5 Chinese file directly, Converts GB to Big5 smartly.
(9) Supports SuperVGA 800x600 display, 30 lines of Chinese can be displayed.
(10) English and Chinese menus now in one EXE; Program setup is saved on exit.

05/01/94 Add ASCII.16p and ASCII.24p with Pinyin Symbols in extended ASCII.

This is not compatible with European characters. NJSTAR normally
use ASCII.16 and ASCII.24 for European characters. Use of Pinyin
Symbol fonts can be turn on through NJCONFIG 'G' option:
'Do you want to use extended Ascii for Pinyin Symbols (Y/N)?'
20/01/94 NJSTAR now use extended memory for font if found, free RAM
requirement is reduced to 370K. If NJSTAR can not use XMS
correctly, you can turn it off in following question of
NJCONFIG's 'G' option:
'Do you want to load all font into XMS(extended mem.) (Y/N)?'
